Dr. Lindsay Prendergast is the co-author of "Habits of Resilient Educators: Strategies for Thriving During Times of Anxiety, Doubt, and Constant Change," which is a co-publication of Corwin, Learning Forward, and NWEA (2024). With nearly two decades of experience in education, she has worked as a leadership coach, consultant, principal, and Special Education teacher across the globe. In her current role as the Assistant Director of Learning Experiences for the Danielson Group (The Framework for Teaching), Lindsay supports districts, schools, and teachers in fostering equitable teaching and learning. Her expertise lies in leading school systems change, assessment for learning, and instructional leadership. Lindsay frequently presents and publishes on coaching educators, leadership development, growth-focused supervision, and assessment practices for organizations such as ASCD, Learning Forward, Corwin, Edutopia, AASA, EARCOS, AMLE, and Cognia.

Piper Lee is the co-author of "Habits of Resilient Educators: Strategies for Thriving During Times of Anxiety, Doubt, and Constant Change," a publication by Corwin, Learning Forward, and NWEA (2024). With over twenty-five years of experience in education, including teaching, administration, instructional coaching, professional learning facilitation, and leadership coaching, Piper has a strong passion for student and adult learning. Her goal is to enhance teacher instruction and student success by working as an instructional leadership coach at the national level. Throughout her career, Piper has supported students, families, teachers, leadership teams, and undergraduate and graduate students. Recently, she has been providing support to district leaders, principals, and educators around instructional leadership in one of the largest school districts in the country. Through her work with educators nationwide, Piper believes in the philosophy that strong relationships help create transformative schools and impact every aspect of our lives.
